  12. We are having great trouble locating quality C++
  13. software engineers....and our standards are pretty
  14. low.   Most people qualify themselves as a C++ 
  15. programmer if they have ever compiled a C program
  16. with a C++ compiler or used a few stock classes.
  17. Most applicants professing C++ on their resumes 
  18. cannot answer the following:
  19.  
  20. 1) What is  a copy constructor
  21. 2) What is polymorphism
  22. 3) explain public, protected and private member data
  23.  
  24. Any advice on where to post adds or search???
